Some of you know, others don't, and a couple of you gave the name to me!
I've always enjoyed having a nickname that reminds me of a time that I was young, making the best friends of my life, dating my husband, and all that youth implies.
I have large feet thanks to a family tree of men whom I love with all my heart but couldn't they have given me some other "gift"? And at the time that I began my student life at Laurentian University I was an avid swimmer and lifeguarding competitor.
Now, I don't hear it as often....Shawna, Mark, Kara and some of the Renaud's.
As a term of endearment from Chris.
